Our founder, Franklin Lobb, brings technology leadership experience spanning Amazon, Travelers Insurance, and organizations from startups to billion-dollar enterprises. His career has centered on walking into ambiguity — diagnosing undefined technical, organizational, and process challenges — and delivering clarity, structure, and stable operations.
Franklin holds an MBA from University of Washington, CISSP and CCSP security certifications, as well as an AWS Gold Jacket (signifying current on all available AWS certifications). He is active in the Austin AWS community as a user group co-leader and organizer of Texas's inaugural AWS Community Day.
